Beachy Head Drive | 07 is designed around a private central courtyard that forms the heart of the home. Privacy was a key consideration from the outset and, as a result, we arranged the living spaces to open outwards while remaining protected from the surrounding context.

We divided the home into two contemporary wings connected by glazed links. This arrangement creates visual connections throughout the house while allowing natural light to filter deep into the interiors. The courtyard and pool area become the focus of daily life, and by turning inward around the courtyard, we created a relaxed indoor-outdoor lifestyle that feels both open and private. The result is a contemporary coastal home that offers a sense of retreat while remaining strongly connected to the outdoors.
