An exciting and specific brief defines this design. The site is North facing and commands views towards the distant Outeniqua Mountains. Consequently, the building orientates to both views and North light. The split level configuration is a result of the sloping site. This is ideal due to the fragmentation requested in the brief. Brackenridge Home is a modern interpretation of the Estate Guidelines, as such we would love to see this get to site.
