Designed as a relaxed beach cottage for easy coastal living, this home is centred around the simple pleasures of life on Leisure Island. We wanted the transition from boat or beach to home to feel effortless, with sheltered outdoor spaces, open-plan living areas and direct connections to the garden and pool.

The architecture is intentionally understated, allowing daily life to flow naturally between inside and out. Large openings, deep covered terraces and a simple material palette create a calm backdrop for family gatherings, long summer afternoons and an easy-going coastal lifestyle. Our focus was on creating a home that feels welcoming, comfortable and completely at ease in its surroundings.
