A flat North facing site within an exclusive estate in Plettenberg Bay is the setting for this home. With neighbours all around and privacy at a premium, our brief was to maximise the site. As such we created a private entertaining living court with an attractive but impermeable street frontage.

The master bedroom on the first floor enjoys distant mountain views while the living spaces below engage a beautiful external living area that is ideal for this retired couple. This neat and comfortable home is one we really want to see built.
