RIVERSIDE LIFESTYLE ESTATE

Riverside Lifestyle Estate is the conversion of an existing brick yard property into a mixed-use development. Due to the size of the development, this is an ongoing project for our firm.

Most noteworthy is the residential component which comprises 500 units. This portion is split between freehold and sectional title properties. This is a result of a large shortage of decent housing in an area.

The architecture combines cost effective solutions with exciting forms and this approach has resulted in this small village to morph into a sustainable project. Consequently we have created a very pleasant living environment.

Furthermore there is also a small Commercial Hub. This evolved from converting the old brick factory buildings on the site.  One such old structure houses 23 luxury apartments. As a result this innovation sets the development apart from anything else in the area.
