Simola Golf Estate, Knysna

SIMOLA 58

Simola 58 is positioned on a large and very steep slope. It is on a site that has excellent views of the Knysna River.  Due to the steepness, we explored a home that is fragmented. The individual structures allow the home to be split into living and sleeping pods.

This separation allows the structure to be built separately, consequently the home is more cost effective to build. The spacing also allows North light to all living spaces and due to its fragmented layout, all spaces have great views.
