We approached this coastal residence as a considered response to site, climate, and lifestyle in close collaboration with three generations of the same family. Strong horizontal planes, exposed concrete elements, and a minimalist material palette define the design, which we intentionally layered to balance openness with privacy and frame uninterrupted views of the ocean and Robberg Peninsula.

A central circulation axis and internal garden soften transitions between levels, guiding movement through the home, while also enhance natural light and ventilation. The result a modern interior that connects seamlessly to the exterior, with spaces that encourage easy and natural interaction between family members.
