North light and a narrow strip of land defined the spatial arrangement of this design. As a result, we felt that a living courtyard was essential. Consequently, there is privacy from neighbours and protection from the summer wind.
Myoli Beach 22 is a contemporary building for a young and progressive family. This design incorporates modern technology to achieve the requirements of the brief.
