Simola 18 sits on a very steep west-facing slope within the magnificent Simola Golf and Country Estate.

To maximize northern sunlight while capturing views back across the golf course, we positioned the secondary bedrooms on the lower level. Above these rooms, the main living area extends onto a vast covered deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. Planted roof gardens and a comfortable heated pool enhance this generous home, which appears to hover above a site that drops away dramatically.

We designed the outdoor living area to provide shelter from the prevailing south-westerly winds. As a natural extension of the interior living spaces, it offers the ideal setting for this highly social family to relax and entertain.
