The result is a compact luxury home that sits calmly, on a very steep site. The views are incredible from Simola20 and the relaxed layout easily complements the aspired lifestyle.

Part of the solution was to shape the ground to avoid excessive costs. Large rocks are proposed for the retaining, and this landscaping feature, coupled to a neat and modern building creates an exciting composition for Simola20
